Hi Alan,
The workstation DONALDSON is getting repeat hard errors.
There are 3 bad blocks that give repeat errors, so it's
likely a format of the drive could solve the problem.
May we format this workstation? Also, can we format
any of the 38-344 workstations as needed or should
we contact an ECF staffer each time a disk needs replacement
or a format.
