Problem: IBM 5081 Color Monitor is dead.
SN: C1650
MIT: 0206189

Note: (This is the monitor that was on ceci006. It used
to be on the machine listed above, but was swapped
"temporarily" so that the user could have a totally
functioning system. User has gone on vacation and
monitor was put back.)
I have spoken to Jerry about this and he says to just swap
it out with a 5081 that "should" have in stock.
