Subject: release of 7.4 starts tomorrow

Release of 7.4 to public workstations starts tomorrow, and
continues thru wednesday.
Workstations getting their packs via rvd (rt and vax) will start
updating tomorrow and continue thru wednesday. We'll begin "switching"
the packs in the morning...continue thru out the day, and finish the
remainder on Wednesday. (Recall that rt and vax workstations get
their system packs via rvd.)
We'll vos release all volumes associated with 7.4 system packs
on Wednesday. (This affects decstations and rs6000s).
Below is a list of rvd servers and the subnet it's on. This list represents
a tentative order in which the packs will be switched.
