Problem: (per Richard/Kim)
drive 0, 857M, possibly bad
(also, vibrating unit needs investigation)
I have placed a call for IBM service and left Kim
as the contact. (Remember: w20 is shutdown & alarmed).
The key is with the unit and/or in the w20 machine room
key cabinet.
