Hello
We are experiencing the recurring "man 1" error again with the pika printer.
The DEC service person came by last week and fixed the problem. However, the
printer has started giving the "man 1" error again. I have tried powercycling
the printer as well as opening and closing the exit area cover, but the "man
1" error has not gone away.
