Dear Sir,
Around 1:55 p.m. on Monday, March 30, I lost my whole RMAIL file
after receiving a huge 77kilobyte file on mail. RMAIL incorporated this
file in a normal fashion, and erased all my previous messages. I
consulted with olc, and they advised me that it wasn't my fault and that
I should consult with you, for a copy of my previous RMAIL file on
backup tapes. The messages in my RMAIL file were extremely important.
They included important information about my UROP, and 6.170 project. I
hope that you can help, because I really need those files. Thank you
very much.

RMAIL to erase my previous messages was:
