Hello,
A few days ago I sent mail indicating that the du-gw was not ping-able.
I called DU, (526 Beacon Street, 536-3931), and asked them if they
disconnected anything (like you said). They said that they had NOT
disconnected anything or any cables.
SO...I guess this is a legit. net problem.
