Hi jj,

Can you please title your subject field?

Also did you run diags on this machine to be sure it is not more than an 
additional memory problem? Did you check the network connections and/or 
ping it to be sure it is not a network related problem. If so then I think 
you did enough.

You should inform the client that we do not have the memory to install in 
a VS2000. If he would like to purchase additional memory he can call the 
MCC at x7686, ask for Alexei Folger and she can make arrangements for him 
to purchase it through DEC. YOU can also add that we do not install the 
memory, DEC would have to, and there would be a minimal cost of $250 for 
this service. 

If the client wants a new workstation he would have to go through Joanne.
