Ezra has a good point, but I don;t think the RS/6000s will be affected
by the Athena cell update (they get their software from the "syspacks"
cell, and the info_explorer stuff from NFS). The DS machines do get
software from the Athena cell, so they will be dead w/o AFS, as Ezra said.
Mail to cluster-managers is also a good idea.
