I just logged on to smash.mit.edu (on 3rd floor E40), and as you will be
able to see, it is sitting there frozen... no mouse response, no nothing.
Its been doing that for several minutes, so I suspect its going to stay
that way. Since I hadn't had a chance to do anything useful on it, you
won't "harm" any work of mine by logging me out or shutting the machine off.
