The wall phone was reported stolen this evening. I have verified this as being
true. The wall phone has been maliciously ripped from the wall. I believe that
the phone wire was hard wired internaly , and the other end of the wire was
a modular clip at the wall jack (seems o.k.). Due to the fact that the phone
was maliciously damaged, I have notified Campus Police, who took a full report.
What is needed to return phone service: A touch tone wall phone, telephone co.
to hardware the phone, and possibly a new modular wall plate for the phone.
Please leave this note outstanding until the phone decisions are made.
