'ajax' (an AFS server in the rel-eng cell) has been logging hard errors on
its drive 3 (an ra90). Could we get DEC in asap to look at it? Here's the
data:

These are the sort of hard error messages being logged (there have been 6
so far this morning, in addition to 21 soft errors so far today):
