I found w20-575-43 constantly booting. Doing a test 50 showed ?TPC
(tape controller). Doing a test 0 showed ?06 hlt inst pc=00003a0f.
After fooling around with it for awhile i did manage to get it to
boot up all the way. I didn't want to resolve this note because
i feel it's a controller problem and that it will come back.
