Okay, PP did not go to 1-107, the contracters who were called in over
the weekend did. The problem is that the wrong controls were installed,
leading to the frozen coil which needs to be replaced. Bob Barlow & the
contracters are responsible for fixing it and are working on the
problem, but I don't know yet when they expect to have it fixed.
