'demeter' has been logging lots of messages, complaining that it can't print
to 'manda' or 'virus'...this iw wrong, since it serves only 'plato'. I've
rebooted demeter to see if this fixes the problem. People won;t be able to
print to plato for about 15 min...should be back before 3pm.
