Apparently this shutdown request went astray between Design and Construction
and my office - I just received a copy of the following.
The following heating hot water/chilled water shutdown request for Bldg.
E34 - 2nd floor on Friday, 11/14/03 is for your information and comment.
Would you please let me know whether this does or does not meet with your
approval.
