2 Printers are not working

Dear Hotline,
We have two printers which are not working:
1. System Type: DEC PRINTER/LN03
Serial Number: RI2501
Location: 66-070
2. System Type: DEC PRINTER/LN03
Serial Number: RI2666
Location: 66-246
They both seem to have the same problem. Nothing can be printed because the
printer is busy. I tried turning the printer off and then back on but
it still is busy. I tried unplugging the printer and then plugging the
printer back in but it still is busy. The problem cannot be fixed with
the toner or maintenance kit. Both of these printers are under
the maintenance contract. Please send someone to look at it as soon as
possible.
