To Whom It May Concern:
The printer in the 6th floor Athena cluster is jammed and in need of your
expertise. Because carpet is being installed on this floor, the cluster
will be temporarily shut down sometime this afternoon. However, the
printer will still need to be fixed at some point, though perhaps not this
afternoon.
