The printers w20-east-2, w20-east-3, and w20-east-4 are not printing
queued user jobs. No printouts have been produced by any of these
printers in well over an hour.
The status reported by lpq is:
w20-east-2:
Printer Error: may need attention! (optical error)
w20-east-3:
w20-east-3 is ready and printing
w20-east-4:
Printer Error: may need attention! (Not Responding for 175 minutes)
w20-east-2 has a displayed status of "2", with a "Call Field Service"
indication. w20-east-3 and w20-east-4 each have a displayed status of
"6", and the zigzag symbol is displayed.
Also, the printer python has an lpq status of:
Printer Error: may need attention! (toner collection container full)
Currently, there are over 80 print jobs queued for this set of
printers.
