The license server lydian will be unavailable for approximately 30
minutes beginning at 5am on Saturday, 10/4/2003. During this time, a
second disk will be added to the machine and RAID 1 mirroring configured
to provide greater fault tolerance.
lydian is the license server for the applications listed below, which
will not be available during the outage. Affected pplications launched
prior to the start of the outage should continue functioning during the
outage.
Matlab
Framemaker 6
Maple 6
ProEngineer
Xess 6
Splus
Autocad
Chemkin
As always, announcements regarding the status of the outage will be sent
to the consult instance.
