Our printer, which is an HP Lasterjet 8150DN, keeps jamming paper in
random places.

Also, as the printer stays broken longer and longer, random residents keep
trying to "fix it" themselves.  In doing so, they have been breaking it
more and more.  Hence, another urgent reason to get it fixed.
