Hello:
While installing the Maintenance Kit for our LN03 printer,
the development drawer fell off the paper tray onto the
floor. As nothing appeared to be broken, I went ahead with
the installation, but the printer now believes that it
needs field service (and therefore so do I). So please
send someone to repair it as soon as you can.
The printer is SUM, in room 20B-219A. The combination
to 20B-219 is 1-2-3-5-4 and the combination to 20B-219A
is 24-3 (i.e. 2 and 4 together then 3).
