User called to report that celine won't print and displays a fuser error.
(Sidenote: this printer has a recent history; input ass'y, etc...)
We will go by and take a look. Experience has shown that 50.xx fuser errors
often lead to power supply replacements. We have both parts in stock, so we
will try the HP recommended steps of replacing the fuser first, and so on.
