Hello,
I'm the RCC for Senior House. For some time the keyboard on our
quickstation has been giving trouble (keys getting stuck). This evening
several keys stopped responding. This has left the quickstation useless.
Can we get the keyboard replaced? I'm not sure if it is covered under the
service agreement. Either way, please let me know how to proceed.
