My name is Scott Purnell-Saunders (scottee) and I am an RCC for New
House. We have experienced severe problems with Laser the printer near
the front desk of the dorm. In the past few weeks another RCC has
checked the printer and was not able to successfully get the printer
online. He checked the cables and the drop and both of those are
operational but he is still not able to get it online. Since it is not
currently online there is no maintenance that we can do remotely. Any
help that you can give or provide will be greatly appreciated.
