At 3:55 AM Sunday morning, there was a power fluctuation on the east
side of campus. RTs and some other machines rebooted.
orf was in the middle of the salvage recovering from the power failure
when 4AM arrived and the server was restarted. I don't know if AFS handled
this correctly or not.
