The 7.3P packs for VAXes and RTs that get packs from the following RVD
servers will be available Fri Nov 8 starting around 8am. Public workstations
and private ones with autoupdate=true may start updating to 7.3P thoughout
the day as they deactivate or reboot.
The following are servers, packs ond subnets affected:

With two deliberate exceptions ('pluto', which provides a VAX pack on
the 18.83 subnet, and the two RVD servers at Woods Hole), this completes
the 7.3P system pack propagation.
