Katie, I was not able to contact our operations people directly
in regards to your Video system. I did leave voice mail with
these folks and they are working closely with us to resolve your
problem. It's possible it is working now, as they wanted to fix
it last night (11-7).
I will follow up with everyone, including yourself, tomorrow
at 11:00am with status.
