I have a cd that i cannot get out of a workstation. I have been working
with the OLC staff to try and get the cd drive to eject but have exhausted
what they say they can do. I have tried to use the eject commands from
most of the audioplayers I can think of as well as all of the other
suggestions from OLC including trying to use a paperclip in the little
manual eject hole on the drive. They have suggested that I send this
e-mail.
The workstation is pacific-1 in the Sidney&Pacific grad dorm (I think
NW86). Right now I am still logged onto the machine. I will probably leave
it that way to keep someone from randomly taking the cd. Let me know what
my options are. OLC suggested that you could just throw it in campus mail
for me or drop it at the dorms front desk for room NW86-331B.
Please let me know what my options are.
