Hello,
I am at the computer w20-575-65.mit.edu in the student center. I have a ZIP disk that is stuck in this ZIP drive. I tried using paper clips/small pliers even with the assistance of a SIPB member and the ZIP disk is still in the ZIP drive. I'm afraid yanking it out with pliers will damage the disk and/or its contents. I need this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. Please reply to this message, I will be back later this afternoon. I will stay logged into this machine.
