A week ago I reported a problem with the mouse on e52-364-4 .
I received no response but the yellow post-it note on the mouse
describing the problem was gone and the mouse seemed to be fine.
I just read a complaint from a user this morning that the mouse
is still working poorly. It seems fine to me, but I am wondering
if someone from from hotline looked at it and if so, what did
he/she find/do.
