The mouse on m14s-010-7 (a VaxStation 3100 in Hayden Library) appears
to be completely dead. It doesn't respond in any fashion: movement or
buttonpress. It is plugged in, and does not have any obvious breaks
or flattenedn cable sections, but the plastic casing of the mouse
itself seems to have come loose near the 'front', where the cable
intrudes.
