W20-575-18 power and/or disk problem?

I was helping a user on W20-575-18 (#26-0000307, an RT in the
southeast corner of the W20-575 cluster) when the machine hung and
then powered itsef off. Toggling the power switch and reseating the
cord had no effect; finally, shutting it off for 30 seconds and then
turning it on again got it to power back up. Scared the user,
though...
While it was rebooting, it reported "1 block revectored to 0;
run format(8) to fix." I don't know if that related to the earlier
problem, but may need to be looked into in any case.
