Hi,
Every VAX 3100 I've tried to use the floppy drive on has returned the error:
> sd2:HARD ERROR: compare error
I don't think it's my disks, because they worked fine last year. Please look
into cleaning (or repairing) those drives. Thanks.

As a side note, how about putting in more computers with 3.5" drives. I don't
have access to a PC with 5.25" drives for my data transfers.
