The moira server (moira4) will be down Sunday to be replaced moira5:
newer, faster hardware that will be running Athena 9.0 and Oracle 8.1.7.
Notices of the outage's progress will be go to the Zephyr consult
instance.

SCHEDULE:
	The database will be closed Sunday afternoon (probably 3pm or
	so) and reopened Sunday evening, hopefully by 6pm at the latest,
	but possibly later if there are problems.

REASON:
	To upgrade the Moira server to newer hardware and a more recent
	Athena release.

SERVICES:
	Moira, including the account registration server.  DCMs will
	also not be running during the outage.

IMPACT:
	No changes can be made to the Moira database while the server is
	being upgraded.

	At various points during the upgrade, moira clients (such as
	moira, blanche, listmaint, and ch*) will report one of "the
	database is closed", "connection refused", or "connection timed
	out". 

	The account registration client will report that it is unable to
	connect to the registration server and the user should try again
	later.
