I have a response at last. Joe Silva investigated this and has advised me
that NO E51 - 075 Athena Cluster will not be affected by this shutdown.

Andrea, shutdown is a bit vague. Does this shutdown affect
the E51-075 Athena cluster by means of no cooling??
