Starting at 11pm Wednesday, January 16, Moira will be down
for the 2001 acounts deactivation. The outage will likely last thru
the 1am dcm, in which case the dcm will be run by hand afterwards.
As always, notifications regarding the status of the outage will
be sent to the consult instance.
