Stephanie called & reported that the drop is now fixed, and to re-install the
software. I have once again attempted to re-install only to find that the drop
is still inactive. I have talked to computing-help people (John), to try &
straighten this issue out. The help desk will get in touch with Chris in
14N-207, and Chris will then get in touch with us when drop is reactivated.
