Please let us know when we can do this EMERGENCY repair. There is a
refrigerant leak in that needs to be repair or we will be unable to meet the
cooling needs of the basement area of NW17. We are also required by law to
repair this leak to prevent the release of HCFC's into the atmosphere.
We will accommodate you as best we can but would like to do this work ASAP.

DURING THAT PERIOD WILL BE CATASTROPHIC FOR THE SCIENCE UNDERWAY. PLEASE

Effect:
Loss of Air Handler 2 in NW17 Basement. This means that no supply
ventilation, supply cooling, supply heating (off during summer) or
exhaust-general air will be operational during the emergency shutdown
period.
