Pelli won't attach packs.

The sun 4 workstation pelli is not attaching system packs even though the
cluster info
looks okay. Could someone check that it's moira info entry is correct? It
is runnig Athena 9 and is currently in 10-485.
I suspect the latest 9.0.14 update will have to be rerun as that the
patchadd command failed
even though the rest up the update continued and the /etc/athena/version
says everything is
okay.
