Hi Rita...I am told now that the monitor adjustments
that were made by the IBM Tech on this monitor didn't
address another problem....up until now i was told that
the they weren't satisfied with the border around the
window (that it was "shrinking")...but could you please
make a call to fix the monitor to address the problem
described in this forwarded message below?

John,
The problem with the Visitors Center monitor for the past few months
goes beyond the fact that the image does not appear to fill the screen.
The problem is the distortion. What I mean is that images are
compressed on the RT screen and do not look right. If you have Janet
call up the TODOR program on the RT and on the VAX, you would be able
to see that the "deck of cards" looks squashed on the RT.
