Building 11 Network Difficulties?

Hello,
I think something odd is happening on the network in the building 11
vicinity.
John Doherty, (Dispatch 11-226), was unable to log in this morning, (5/23),
with his workstation yielding error messages from Achilles. When he went
to the 11 Machine Room he found Achilles screaming: "Ethernet Jammed."
(And others telling the same messages.)
This appears to be an isolated problem from that area, but I am not the
one to make the prognosis.
Got any ideas?
