Hello:
The printer (luna.mit.edu) for the EAPS Athena cluster in room 54-311
had internal jam last Friday. We greatly appreciate that you fixed the
problem for us so quickly.
Right now it has the same problem again. I don't know what's wrong with
the printer. When I was in that room the printer worked very well. Then
I went to my office to pick up something. It only took me a few minutes.
When I came back I noticed that the printer stopped printing with message
"internal jam". Could you please help us to fix the problem again?
