I purchased a new duplex unit from our funds and had a person
from our group install it, so there is a duplex unit in that
system. Someone from our group will come down and see what the
problem is.
hmmmm, i checked checked the duplex Q and it does not seem to
exist. i requested a duplex Q for this printer when the duplex
unit was installed and it looks like it never got setup. i'll
put the request back in, should take place overnight and someone
will need to power cycle the printer tomorrow morning
eleanor, let me know monday if this is still an issue.
