The printer Bob in Cluster 1-142 seems to be stuck for at least 12 hours, and I don't know how to
get it working again. I have a printer que that I've been waiting for since yesterday evening, and
there seems to be a bunch of ques being stalled before mine as well. Could you please fix the
printer?
