This is the first time we are hearing about this problem, our turn
around time on problems such as this is usually one day the sooner
we know a problem exists the sooner we will be able to get your
equipment back in working condition.

To whom it may concern,
It is being a big hassle now that Hosker, the printer for the cluster in Next
House, is no longer functional. I believe that MIT should provide working
network printers for public clusters, as every other cluster on campus as at
LEAST one working printer. Thank you much.
