as usual, the printer is dead!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it either gets stuck on a job or, more likely, there is a paper jam.
is there some particular reason why this printer, which dies once a week with regularity (since last may i might add), can not be replaced?
