Hello, one of the pins on one of the plugs on one of the LanView boxes
(egghead's) broke. We can fix it trivially by soldering it back, but
need permission to do so. If such permission is not granted, we need
a new plug for a LanView box (the thin pin on the plug inside broke
off when someone apparently knocked off the back of the machine and
then bumped the box. Once this is fixed I will duct tape the back on to
avoid further damage (no, this is not the machine that gave us so much
trouble before). Thanks.
