Hello Tom,
I followed up with Hotline about the 3-035 color printer and
there have been a couple of problems reported the last two weeks
which they have responded to. An initial complaint (May 10)
seems to have been forwarded to a bad email address, but then on
May 16 they received a report that the yellow toner was out, and
a day later that the black toner was out. According to records
the toners were replaced by Friday May 19. Hotline just went
over today and checked and the printer seems to be fine now.
There were network outages over the weekend so perhaps the
printer was down due to that?
