I sent you mail this morning just before the power failure and subsequent
excitement. I am now back on and have been able to do some checking. To
amend the earlier mail:
The dot files are ok. It's just the .mss, .tex, and .dia files that are
missing. Except for a few of the .tex files which I edited last night,
most have not changed in 3 days or much more.
All missing files are from my home directory. I can remember most of the
names if that will help in the recovery.
Is there any other information I can provide that will help?
Is there some time frame for the procedure?
